Ok I have to admit I'm a big fan of everything Office 2007 with one MAJOR exception. The synchronisation built into Outlook 2007 sux and is considerably worse than Outlook 2003 - don't ask me how it can be worse but it is. I used to synchronise using RPC over HTTP so that I can sync regardless...
