October CTP for Orcas available for download
I'm not sure that if you release something on the second last day of the month that you can really classify it as an October CTP. Anyhow, the October CTP for the next version of Visual Studio, Orcas, is available for download here. As Rob Caron indicates you should drop past the feedback site and provide any changes you think should be made or report bugs you have found.
